Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Senior Informaticist to partner across business, operations, technology, and analytics teams in a remote capacity.

You will translate complex questions into analytical questions, investigate performance drivers, and develop recommendations to improve outcomes in CenterWell Traditional Pharmacy. You will work with payer, prescription claims, membership, operational, and financial data, using governed data and AI-assisted tools to derive actionable insights for senior leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of analytics/strategy experience.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking across diverse data sources.
• Experience presenting complex findings to senior leaders.
• Experience with healthcare, pharmacy, Medicare, Medicaid, CMS, claims, or population health data.
• Experience using SQL, Python, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytics projects from problem identification to recommendations and measurement.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable outcomes.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources to identify drivers and solution opportunities.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Develop analytical frameworks, business cases, and decision-support tools.
• Influence strategy and priorities through evidence-based insights.
• Own projects with clear goals, plans, and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and drive sustainable solutions.
