Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Informaticist to serve as a data and analytics expert within our process intelligence program, translating complex process and operational data into clear, actionable insights that drive decision‑making and continuous improvement.

You will leverage AI process mining tools such as Skan AI and enterprise data sources, interpret how work is performed, design, build, and refine dashboards in Power BI, and communicate findings with concise narratives to leaders and delivery

Qualifications

• Strong ability to interpret complex process and operational data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Experience designing dashboards and visualizations that emphasize clarity and storytelling.
• Ability to define and monitor KPIs in partnership with stakeholders.
• Collaborative work style within a pod-based or cross-functional team.
• Comfortable presenting analytical results to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and support data strategy for onboarding programs to task mining initiatives.
• Assess data readiness and identify source systems and data feeds.
• Interpret data to support insight generation for engagements.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for operational teams.
• Define, refine, and monitor KPIs and metrics with stakeholders.
• Iterate dashboards with user feedback to stay relevant and actionable.
• Communicate findings through concise narratives and visuals.
