Humana is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to partner with leaders and stakeholders, delivering reporting, analytics, and data-driven initiatives that enhance operational performance and consumer experience.

You will translate business needs into requirements, define dashboards, validate data quality, and coordinate cross-functional project delivery in a remote-capable environment, with a focus on scalable BI solutions for healthcare data.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years in data reporting, analysis, BI, analytics, or related.
Experience leading moderately complex BI initiatives and project planning.
Experience translating business needs into reporting specifications and data requirements.
Advanced Excel with external data sources, pivots, and dashboards.
Experience with relational databases, data management, and data validation.
Experience with healthcare data and large datasets in large organizations.
