Job summary

enGen seeks an experienced Application Developer with hands-on Informatica expertise to implement IDMC, MDM, CDI/CAI and REF360. Strong MDM and data quality governance skills are essential, including engagement with data owners and stewards.

Applicants should be comfortable with both on-prem tools (IDQ, MDM, PC) and cloud offerings, and lead complex SDLC projects while mentoring peers. Remote work is available for most locations, with in-office expectations near Pittsburgh if eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience with Informatica IDMC, MDM, CDI/CAI and REF360.
• Strong knowledge of MDM concepts and data quality governance.
• Proven experience with multiple coding languages and databases.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or closely related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing and deployment of complex applications.
• Collaborate with customers, analysts and IT to define requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and 24x7 support as needed.
• Adhere to Highmark SDLC standards and release management.
• Communicate project status and document technical work clearly.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Support data owners/stewards on data quality initiatives.
