Job summary

enGen is seeking an Application Developer with hands-on Informatica expertise to deliver complex data integration solutions, including IDMC, MDM, CDI/CAI, and REF360. Strong familiarity with on-premise Informatica tools such as IDQ, MDM, and PowerCenter is essential.

The role emphasizes MDm principles and collaboration with data owners to improve data quality. The team operates in a fast-paced Healthcare IT environment; you will lead design, coding, testing, and deployment, mentor juniors, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related field.
5 years of experience as a developer.
Experience with Project Management tools.
Experience with databases.
Experience with multiple coding languages.
Informatica IDMC and related tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Takes a lead role for analyzing, designing, coding, testing and implementing complex application enhancements.
Provides production support with defined scope and budgets with minimal defects.
Leads collaboration with customers, analysts, partners and IT to drive quality solutions.
Provides technical support including release implementations and on-call duties.
Adheres to Highmark SDLC standards and policies.
Plays a leading role on project teams as Developer, Tech Lead or PM.
Communicates project status and documents effectively.
Other duties as assigned.
