Job summary

enGen is seeking an Application Developer with strong hands‑on Informatica expertise and proven experience in IDMC, MDM, CDI/CAI, and REF360. The candidate will work on complex solutions and engage data owners on data quality initiatives.

Remote/onsite flexibility is guided by campus distance; the Pittsburgh area requires in-office Tue–Thu if within 50 miles, otherwise remote. Strong SDLC alignment and leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related field.
• 5 years of experience as a developer.
• Experience with Project Management tools, databases, and multiple coding languages.

Responsibilities

• Leads analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of complex applications with minimal defects.
• Engages in full SDLC per Highmark standards and coordinates with stakeholders.
• Mentors team members and provides advanced technical guidance.
