Job summary

enGen seeks an Application Developer with hands-on Informatica expertise to design, develop and support complex data integration solutions. The role requires mastery of Informatica IDMC, MDM, CDI/CAI, REF360, and familiarity with on-premise tools such as IDQ, MDM and PowerCenter.

Strong MD M data quality engagement with data stewards is essential. The position may require in-office presence near Pittsburgh if within 50 miles, otherwise it can be remote.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related field.
5 years of experience as a developer.
Experience with Project Management tools.
Experience with databases.
Experience with multiple coding languages.

Responsibilities

Takes a lead role for analyzing, designing, coding, testing and implementing more complex application enhancements.
Utilizes the full SDLC per Highmark SDLC standards.
Collaborates with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Provides technical support including releases, on-call, and 24x7 coverage as needed.
Ensures compliance with Highmark IT standards, policies and procedures.
