Job summary

enGen is seeking an experienced Application Developer with strong Informatica expertise for a leadership role in complex application delivery. The position focuses on IDMC, SaaS MDM, CDI/CAI, REF360, and on-prem tooling (IDQ/MDM/PC) with emphasis on data quality and MDM practices.

The candidate should have 5 years of development experience, knowledge of SDLC, and the ability to collaborate across business and IT teams to drive innovative data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related field is required.
• Master’s degree preferred in IT/CS or closely related field.
• 5 years of developer experience with project management tools and databases.
• Experience with multiple coding languages and healthcare/health insurance industry is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of complex applications.
• Follow and contribute to Highmark SDLC standards and practices.
• Collaborate with customers, BAs, partners, and IT to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical support including releases, on-call and 24x7 coverage when needed.
• Ensure compliance with Highmark policies and procedures.
• Lead project team roles such as Developer, Tech Lead, or PM based on experience.
• Communicate status, document solutions, and assist with technical walkthroughs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
