enGen is seeking a highly skilled Application Developer with hands‑on expertise in Informatica technologies including IDMC, SaaS MDM, CDI/CAI, REF360, and on‑prem tooling (IDQ, MDM, PowerCenter).

The candidate must be US citizen and onsite/offshore as per Pittsburgh campus policy; short‑term remote options apply beyond 50 miles. You will lead complex development work, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor peers to uphold Highmark IT standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related field.
• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of development experience in a senior role.
• Strong experience with Informatica IDMC, SaaS MDM, CDI/CAI, REF360 and IDQ/MDM/PC on‑prem tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of complex application enhancements.
• Follow Highmark SDLC standards and deliver with minimal defects.
• Collaborate with customers, analysts and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide required technical support including releases, on‑call and 24x7 support when needed.
• Mentor less experienced teammates and contribute to project success.
