Job summary

iO is seeking a Senior Influencer Manager to lead influencer programs from strategy to reporting. You will work with Creative, Social, Media, and Account teams to design creator-led campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, balancing brand objectives with creator authenticity.

Identify and vet creators, negotiate rates, brief content, manage approvals, and optimize programs based on performance data.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing influencer campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of creator contracting, usage rights, exclusivity, paid amplification, and FTC requirements.
• Ability to evaluate creator content through both a brand and performance lens.
• Excellent project management skills and client communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop influencer strategies rooted in client objectives, audience insights, and performance data.
• Lead creator discovery, vetting, outreach, and selection across tiers and talent partnerships.
• Own influencer campaigns from kickoff through completion, staying on strategy, budget, and schedule.
• Provide creative feedback that preserves creator authenticity and meets brand standards.
• Ensure content meets platform best practices and FTC disclosure guidelines.
• Collaborate with Creative, Organic Social, Performance Creative, Paid Media, and Analytics teams.
