Acadia is seeking a senior brand/social strategist to elevate our social programs and lead a growing team. You will partner with Agency Leadership to refine strategy, onboard major clients, and drive innovative campaigns that resonate with audiences across platforms.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of experience in brand and/or social strategy at social, digital, or creative agency.
• Eloquent interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
• Detail oriented and deadline driven.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and contribute to new business pitches.
• Excellent listening and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Constantly raise the bar for Acadia's social media services.
• Ensure social product is current, timely, and audience-driven.
• Lead onboarding and strategy sessions with enterprise clients.
• Guide the team through a strategist lens and support pitches.
• Inform pitch strategy with research and collaboration with sales.
• Create monthly/quarterly content briefs guiding client priorities.
• Read metrics and suggest strategic shifts based on data in reports.
• Collaborate with Creative to develop campaigns rooted in consumer behavior.
