Job summary

OpusClip is hiring an Influencer Partnership Manager to scale our creator program. You will find, sign, and launch creator partnerships at high volume, building real, long-term relationships with creators who matter to our brand.

This hands-on role requires executing outreach and negotiations across hundreds of creators weekly, maintaining a clean pipeline, and delivering dozens of influencer posts. You will shape the creator economy strategy with the Head of Creator Partnerships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships, ideally at a tech or SaaS company.
• A proven record of running high-volume creator programs: dozens of live partnerships at a time, managed across a full pipeline.
• Strong negotiation skills, with direct experience contracting creators, talent managers, and agencies.
• Deep knowledge of the creator economy across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X, including formats, audiences, and rate benchmarks.
• A bias for action. You move fast, follow up relentlessly, and ship campaigns while others are still planning.
• Highly organized, with the systems to track hundreds of conversations without dropping one.
• A data-driven approach to measuring campaign performance and making budget decisions.
• A natural relationship builder. Creators enjoy working with you and come back for more.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced startup where priorities shift quickly.
• Passionate about AI and video.

Responsibilities

• Scale outreach: Build and run high-volume outreach systems to grow our creator pipeline weekly.
• Negotiate and close: Run negotiations with creators, managers, and agencies across many deals at once.
• Launch campaigns end to end: Own briefs, contracts, content review, posting schedules, and payments.
• Build lasting creator relationships: Turn one-off sponsorships into long-term partnerships.
• Know the landscape: Track creator economy trends, platform changes, and rate benchmarks.
• Measure and optimize: Report on views, CPM, signups, and ROI for campaigns.
• Own the pipeline: Keep our creator CRM and deal tracker accurate and up-to-date.
• Show up at events: Join industry events and meet creators in person.
• Bring the creator voice inside: Share creator feedback with product and marketing.
