Brilliant Agency in the United States (remote) seeks a full-time Senior Director, Influencer & Celebrity to lead a growing influencer practice within our award-winning full funnel marketing agency. You will oversee 3-4 influencer specialists, guide strategy, and shape talent partnerships.

You will own client relationships, drive expansions, manage budgets, and partner on new business pitches. Build programs across paid, earned and affiliate activations, while leveraging AI tools to optimize

Qualificações

• 6+ years of influencer marketing experience in consumer products.
• 4+ years managing people.
• Experience securing and managing celebrity partnerships.
• Experience owning budgets and client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 influencer specialists.
• Manage the Influencer & Celebrity budgets and talent spend.
• Build processes, playbooks, and tech stack to scale the team.
• Grow existing accounts and pitch new expansions.
• Lead programs from concept to reporting and optimization.
• Drive influencer strategy aligned to business goals and KPIs.
