Job summary

Viral Nation in the United States seeks an Account Supervisor to lead day-to-day client programs, manage influencer-driven campaigns, and coordinate cross-functional teams. You will craft timelines, oversee budgets, and ensure delivery against client expectations.

You will work with influencers across tiers, maintain client relationships, and translate data into actionable insights while collaborating with account directors and senior management to scale impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing digital, social, PR or influencer experience.
• Deep experience with influencer engagement across paid and earned.
• Strong understanding of influencers and social media landscape.
• Experience creating social media content and driving measurement for social/influencer programs.
• Highly organized with experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Experience with influencers on emerging platforms (TikTok, Twitch, etc.).
• Additional social/digital experience in content creation, social strategy or paid media.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy across multiple influencer campaigns from one-off executions to long-term programs.
• Demonstrate creativity and conceptual thinking on client programs and projects.
• Coordinate integrated teams to ensure seamless activity across paid, PR, creative, and social campaigns.
• Collaborate with influencers to create authentic content for brands.
• Manage budgets and day-to-day financial parameters of campaigns.
• Maintain strong relationships with brands across verticals.
• Lead and support creation of client presentations and briefs.
• Serve as day-to-day client leader with oversight from senior staff.
• Oversee teams’ influencer campaigns via Viral Nation's platform.
