Viral Nation is seeking an Account Director in New York to lead day‑to‑day client programs, overseeing influencer and social campaigns from inception to completion. You will manage a team of Account Supervisors, partner with the COE and Agency Operations to ensure on‑time, on‑brand delivery and budget adherence.

You will guide strategic direction for a diverse client portfolio, coordinate across planning, creative, and analytics, and own post‑procurement influencer relationships to deliver

Qualifications

• 6+ years of digital/social/marketing experience.
• Expert knowledge of paid and organic influencer tactics.
• Experience managing multiple client portfolios across various offerings.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social platforms.
• Proficient with influencer management software (e.g., Creator IQ, Klear, Tagger, Upfluence).
• Excellent project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and lead flawless execution of client scopes with VP/Director of Client Services.
• Ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery and exceptional client service.
• Develop and implement strategic direction for social and influencer campaigns.
• Oversee influencer engagement, paid social, and measurement; drive ideation, briefs, and client presentations.
• Lead post‑procurement influencer management and sustained partnerships with brands.
• Mentor and grow Account Supervisor teams; support Agency Operations growth.
• Oversee campaigns via Viral Nation’s platforms and coordinate with COE teams.
• Foster collaboration across COE and client teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Model collaborative leadership and inclusive culture to empower team.
