Job summary

Viral Nation is seeking an Account Supervisor to lead day-to-day management of client programs in the influencer space. This client-facing role requires deep knowledge of paid and earned engagement across tiers, strong social media instincts, and the ability to manage complex campaigns end-to-end.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor budgets, build compelling client presentations, and measure performance with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Must be client-facing with strong communication skills.
• Deep experience with influencer engagement across paid and earned.
• Strong understanding of social media landscape and platforms.
• Ability to measure success with benchmarks, engagement rates, and data synthesis.
• Highly organized with experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Experience with influencers on new/emerging platforms (TikTok, Twitch, etc).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy across multiple influencer campaigns from one-off to long-term programs.
• Demonstrate creativity and conceptual thinking on client programs and projects.
• Coordinate integrated teams to ensure seamless execution across paid, PR, and social.
• Collaborate with influencers to create authentic content for brands.
• Manage budgets and day-to-day financial parameters.
• Maintain strong relationships with brands across verticals.
• Develop and present client-ready materials and reports.
• Supervise junior staff and guide team development and growth.
• Oversee campaigns through Viral Nation’s proprietary platform.
