Job summary

Viral Nation is seeking a Director, Client Services (Influencer Marketing) in the United States. The role leads portfolio strategy, client relationships, and cross-functional teams to drive revenue and growth for digital brands.

The successful candidate will coach senior account leaders, shape proposals, and ensure delivery excellence across the portfolio. With 8+ years in the social, influencer, or agency space, you’ll manage strategic client plans, align resources, and foster scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in client services, influencer marketing or agency leadership.
• Proven ability to develop, maintain and grow senior client relationships.
• Experience overseeing client metrics like satisfaction, revenue growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Leads portfolio-level strategy and revenue performance, turning opportunities into growth plans.
• Lead forecasting, planning, and resourcing to align staffing and delivery.
• Build and maintain trusted senior-level client relationships as strategic advisor.
• Lead major client proposals including strategic direction, pricing, and campaigns.
• Ensure high-quality delivery across accounts—on time, on budget, and high standard.
• Partner with PMO on new scopes for staffing, timelines, and financials.
• Manage portfolio risks, staffing gaps, and escalations with key stakeholders.
• Champion operational consistency, process adoption, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Influence scalable systems, workflows, and client service standards.
• Lead, develop, and performance-manage senior account leaders to drive outcomes.
• Drive AI- and data-first thinking to standardize workflows.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and innovative technologies to fuel growth.
