Job summary

BD, a global medical technology leader, seeks a Sr. ISC Program Manager - SA to drive industrialization and launch of new manufacturing capacity from planning through full-scale production.

You will lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Marketing, Manufacturing, ISC Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain to ensure robust, compliant equipment launches aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; advanced degree desirable.
• 7+ years’ experience in project management and industrialization.
• Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharma, packaging) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects and programs in regulated environments, including teams, strategy, planning, and execution.
• Represent ISC on platform/business teams and coordinate with plants and supply chain.
• Own launch timing milestones, vertical start-up, risks and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project, technical, industrial, and supply chain risks.
