Job summary

BD is a global medical technology leader in the USA seeking a Project Manager with cross-functional leadership to deliver complex projects. You will lead teams, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory and quality standards are met across product launches and manufacturing transitions.

The candidate should have a BS in Engineering, 2 years PM experience in high-volume settings, and strong communication skills. PMP or SS/LSS is a plus. On-site with a requirement of four days in-office per week.

Qualifications

• BS-Engineering in Packaging, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 years experience as a Project Manager/Leader in a high speed/high volume manufacturing environment (medical device, food/beverage, pharmaceutical).
• Proven experience as a multi-functional Team Lead or Member.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and quality standards.
• Drive project execution balancing technical, regulatory, operational, and business requirements.
• Ensure smooth transition of new products, processes, or equipment into manufacturing and commercialization.
• Partner with manufacturing, commercialization, and other teams to align goals and plans.
• Coordinate activities to meet business objectives, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
• Own end-to-end project management including planning, launch, tracking, communications, milestones, risk management.
