Becton Dickinson (BD) is seeking a Sr. ISC Program Manager - SA to lead the industrialization and launch of new manufacturing capacity from planning through full-scale production.

You will coordinate R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, Manufacturing, and ISC Engineering to ensure compliant and on-time equipment launches aligned with business needs. The role requires 7+ years in project management within manufacturing/supply chain, and experience in regulated environments.

Qualificações

• BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management and industrialization experience.
• Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharma, packaging) is a strong plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with a strong Lean/Six Sigma mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex projects and programs in regulated environments, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Own launch timing milestones, vertical start-up, risks, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project, technical, industrial, and supply chain risks; drive cost and schedule improvements.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally as needed.
