MSA Safety is seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Project Specialist to lead industrialization and NPD activities. You will collaborate with Industrialization leaders, develop robust processes, and drive manufacturing readiness across global teams.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and continuous improvement. A strong background in project management and engineering is expected for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; ABET-accredited program preferred.
• PMP certification or strong project management certification.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge and continuous improvement experience.
• Experience in New Product Development and industrialization, with cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Industrialization leaders to define NPD deliverables and ensure industrialization success.
• Train and mentor as SME of New Product Industrialization (NPI) Process Management.
• Support and maintain Industrialization Process RACI.
• Lead planning for industrialization resources and monitor launch metrics.
