Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Industrial Water in the US/Canada region to lead complex projects within the Water practice. You will balance project execution (70%) with client development and market growth (30%), building strong client relationships and pursuing strategic opportunities.

Roles require EPC/EPCM experience, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and a professional engineer license. The position offers growth, collaborative culture, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in developing new client relationships and growing business within industrial markets.
• Experience influencing and leading project pursuits from opportunity identification through contract award.
• Proven ability to expand existing client relationships through consultative engagement and trusted advisor interactions.
• Experience developing strategic account plans and growth initiatives.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage industrial water projects of varying size and complexity within multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and delivery performance
• Develop and review scopes of work, cost estimates, and Division of Responsibility (DOR) matrices
• Coordinate internal project teams and technical disciplines to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Apply technical expertise and professional judgment to support project execution and client success.
