Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Senior Industrial Water I&C Engineer to lead execution of instrumentation & control design for industrial water projects. You’ll coordinate multi-discipline teams, manage automation systems, and support field activities with client and contractor engagement.

You will interface with U.S. clients and global design teams, ensuring schedules and budgets are met while delivering robust I&C solutions across projects in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 11+ years in instrumentation, control, and automation design.
• Experience leading I&C design projects and coordinating multi-discipline teams.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills in industrial water projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and take overall responsibility for I&C design projects.
• Coordinate I&C engineering efforts for large multi-discipline projects.
• Manage automation, instrumentation, control and SCADA for Industrial Water systems.
• Attend client and contractor meetings and support field activities.
• Support schedules, budgets, and proposals for sales opportunities.
