AE2S is seeking a Senior Industrial Wastewater Process Engineer in Lehi, UT to lead design and optimization of industrial wastewater systems for diverse sectors. You will guide technology selection, hydraulics, and integration while coordinating teams and client communications.

The role emphasizes regulatory navigation, innovative treatment solutions, and hands-on project leadership from concept to startup, with opportunities to influence company-wide water strategies.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer is ideal or obtainable within 3 months.
• 10+ years of experience designing water or wastewater solutions.
• Demonstrated client interfacing and leadership in multi-discipline projects.
• Experience in food and beverage industries and strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead planning, design, commissioning, and optimization of industrial wastewater systems.
• Serve as process technical lead on multidisciplinary projects and ensure performance.
• Develop treatment solutions through models, mass balances, and pilot testing.
• Navigate permitting with regulators and stakeholders for compliant solutions.
• Direct teams in preparing cost estimates, docs, and SOPs from concept to startup.
• Support business development through proposals and client engagements.
