Job summary

AE2S seeks a Wastewater Project Manager to lead planning, design, and delivery of wastewater projects in the Lehi, Utah region. This role combines technical leadership with client development and project delivery to drive local growth and community impact.

The candidate will lead teams, manage client relationships, and solve complex treatment challenges while expanding AE2S’ presence in the water and wastewater market in Lehi/Utah.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering or related field.
• PE licensure or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience in wastewater or water treatment design and project delivery.
• Proven ability to manage projects, clients and teams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive leadership and engineering solutions by developing business development strategies to drive local growth.
• Deliver water/wastewater engineering projects including planning, study, design, and construction administration.
• Manage performance of project engineers, junior engineers, and technicians.
• Maintain existing client relationships and develop relationships with prospective/new clients.
• Identify, evaluate, pursue, and manage project opportunities.
• Provide quality control and quality assurance on all project work.
• Maintain budgets and schedules of project assignments.
• Coordinate, facilitate, and attend internal and external meetings.
