Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, seeks an experienced Industrial Security Specialist to lead security for classified programs in El Segundo, CA. You will manage the Program Security Team, oversee accreditation processes, and ensure compliance with NISPOM, ICD-705, JSIG and related DoD policies.

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required; 1+ year of leadership experience in security roles preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Industrial Security.
• Must have experience with SAPs.
• Knowledge of NISPOM, DoD 5205.07 ICD-705, JSIG and related policies.
• Minimum of 1 year managing and developing high performing teams.
• Active U.S. Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Program Security Team while ensuring compliance for security across Collateral, SCI and SAP programs.
• Oversee security education training, inspections, and government visits.
• Oversee accreditation of facilities and maintenance of artifacts.
• Review CDRL deliverables for security plans and comments.
• Assist in development of PPIP and review of SOW/ contracts.
