Job summary

Boeing- Millennium Space Systems in El Segundo, CA seeks an experienced Industrial Security Specialist to lead the security program for classified facilities. You will oversee NSI protection, ensure NISPOM compliance, manage facility clearances, and coordinate with DoD and government partners.

Role includes insider threat leadership, security training, and policy updates to support government contracting requirements.

Qualifications

• This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Collateral, SAP or SCI environment, preferably as an FSO/AFSO.
• Experience as a certified FSO.
• Thorough working knowledge of NISPOM, ICDs, EO/SADs.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day security operations of the Industrial Security program with support from management.
• Conduct security self-inspections and risk mitigation.
• Develop, maintain, and update company security policies per 32 CFR Part 117 and DD254s.
• Maintain facility clearance status in NISS and coordinate with DCSA.
• Manage physical security across local facilities per DCSA and ICD 705.
• Assist with Personnel Security and administer clearances for staff and contractors.
• Update SPP artifacts and ensure proper DD Form 254 tracking.
• Lead Insider Threat Program as Senior Official (ITPSO).
• Provide and track security trainings for cleared and uncleared personnel.
