Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst to serve as a Security Analyst in Hawthorne, CA. The role requires coordinating with mission management and engineering on program classifications, performing inspections, and managing personnel clearances for sensitive programs.

The candidate will work with DoD security manuals (NISPOM) and related policies, require an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, and may undergo polygraph and drug testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of security experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience in SCI or collateral environment
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and drug testing may apply

Responsibilities

• Partner with Mission Management and government representatives to ensure program deliverables are met
• Partner with Mission Management and engineering teams to ensure understanding of program classification requirements
• Assist with self-inspections, audits, and inquiries
• Manage and upkeep personnel clearances for responsible programs
• Assist with CONOPS, OPSEC Plans, PPIPs, MFRs for government review
• Coordinate transportation plans and courier documents for classified materials
• Ensure security SOPs are up to date and followed
• Support annual refresher, INDOC, and exit briefings
• Review clearance packages for accuracy and follow up as needed
• Ensure reporting on foreign travel, foreign contact, and conduct is up to date
