Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, seeks an Industrial Security Specialist for our El Segundo, CA facility. This onsite role ensures a secure environment for classified programs and enforces DoD and government security requirements, coordinating with government representatives.

You will lead the Program Security Team, conduct training and annual compliance inspections, maintain accreditation artifacts, and review security plans and CDRLs for OFA programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in Industrial Security.
• Experience with SAPs and related security programs.
• Knowledge of NISPOM, ICD-705, JSIG, and DoD security policies.
• At least 1 year of leading high-performing security teams.
• Active U.S. Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Program Security Team and ensure compliance for Collateral, SCI and SAP programs.
• Facilitate staff assisted visits, security reviews and inspections and deliver security education training.
• Manage facility accreditation processes and maintain accreditation artifacts.
• Review CDRLs for security plans and provide comments.
• Contribute to PPIP development and review security documents and contracts.
• Develop and maintain SOPs aligned with government policy and regulations.
