Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing company, seeks an Industrial Security Specialist – Personnel Security in El Segundo, CA. You will support PERSEC services for Collateral, SCI and SAP activities, and enforce DoD security policies while coordinating with government representatives.

Responsibilities include establishing training, conducting annual inspections, developing Corrective Action Plans, and processing access requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in industrial/security in a cleared environment.
• Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
• Familiar with security policy manuals and DoD- and ICD-related documents.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily PERSEC logs and tracking spreadsheets.
• Review security clearance processing with government personnel.
• Prepare PARs, conduct risk assessments, and assist with access decisions.
• Schedule indoctrination appointments and manage foreign travel updates.
• Develop and implement annual self-inspections and CAPs.
