Eaton’s North American Sales Division is seeking a Lead Sales Engineer for the West Region Industrial team based in Pleasanton, CA. You will build critical customer relationships, own sales plans, and deliver technical and commercial solutions across the industrial market.

This role blends sales leadership with cross-functional collaboration and presentations to customers and partners. You will work to understand business models, lead negotiations, and guide pricing and project quotes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five years of electrical industry experience.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• No relocation assistance; must reside within 50 miles of Pleasanton, CA.
• Sponsorship/visa support not offered for this role.

Responsibilities
