Job summary

Allied Gallery in Texas seeks a Senior Industrial Reliability Engineer to drive manufacturing performance across cabinet operations. You will analyze production processes, labor utilization, equipment performance, and material flow to identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field required.
• Masters degree is a plus.
• 5-7 years IE experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean and CI methods.
• Proven time studies, labor standards, and line balancing experience.
• Cabinet manufacturing or high-volume environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, safety, ergonomics, equipment utilization, and cost.
• Conduct time studies and establish labor standards and production rates.
• Develop standard work, labor standards, production routings, and process documentation.
• Analyze labor utilization, staffing, and production rates to boost efficiency.
• Perform line balancing and workflow analysis to optimize staffing and flow.
• Identify and eliminate waste and implement lean improvements.
• Develop recommendations for process changes, staffing, equipment, and automation based on data.
• Support ergonomic assessments and safety improvements.
