Lonestar Integrated Solutions is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to lead the design, optimization, and standardization of manufacturing processes across our production operations.

This role focuses on scalable systems, lean principles, and continuous improvement, collaborating with engineering, operations, purchasing, project mgmt, and production teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 5+ years in industrial/manufacturing/process engineering or equivalent.
• Experience designing and implementing manufacturing processes, not just maintaining systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and optimize safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes for new and existing product lines.
• Analyze production requirements and develop scalable manufacturing strategies for high-volume production.
• Define and optimize production sequences from receipt to shipment.
• Conduct time studies and labor analysis to set realistic standards.
• Perform value-stream mapping to eliminate waste and bottlenecks.
• Develop line-balancing and workload distribution to maximize capacity.
• Evaluate tooling, fixtures, equipment, and automation to uplift productivity and safety.
• Create repeatable processes for new product categories and production capabilities.
• Partner with engineering to improve manufacturability and cost efficiency.
• Develop capacity models and provide space and equipment recommendations.
• Establish KPIs and analyze performance data for continuous improvement.
• Lead root-cause investigations for persistent issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support Lean Six Sigma and CI initiatives across the organization.
• Assist with production planning and readiness for growth initiatives.
