Job summary
Lonestar Integrated Solutions is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes across our production operations. This role focuses on scalable systems, lean principles, and driving continuous improvement to support new product launches and expanded capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in industrial or manufacturing engineering, experience shaping processes for high-volume environments, and a hands-on leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing manufacturing processes and leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes for new and existing product lines.
- Analyze production requirements and develop scalable strategies for high-volume production.
- Define and optimize production sequences from material receipt to shipment.
