Job summary

gategroup seeks a Senior Industrial Engineer to analyze material and information flows in the operations unit, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, material use, and operating costs while enhancing quality, safety and space utilization.

The role requires Lean Manufacturing expertise, 4+ years in manufacturing/industrial engineering, and leadership experience. Strong communication and the ability to drive cross-functional changes are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance safety.
• Ability to analyze material and information flows and quantify impact of process changes.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with unit management and executives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and guide unit management on productivity, material, waste, safety and quality improvements; analyze flows and opportunities.
• Drive continuous process improvements using Lean tools to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Roll out gateOPEX standardization program and communicate changes to leadership.
• Maintain road maps and blueprints for Production System and ensure alignment with strategies.
• Mentor and train Continuous Improvement staff and build plant capability in Lean.
