Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, logistics engineering, supply chain, or industrial engineering.
• Experience designing or improving material flow, warehouse operations, inventory management, or manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into operational improvements.
• Experience conducting time studies, capacity analysis, labor planning, and process optimization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup or expansion environment with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize factory layouts, material flow, and storage strategies.
• Develop and implement warehouse operations, inventory management processes.
• Support development of breaker manufacturing processes and labor standards.
• Drive cost reduction through logistics optimization and waste elimination.
• Improve production throughput and capacity with scalable systems.
• Lead Lean projects and daily management systems across operations.
• Ensure safety by designing ergonomic material handling and compliant processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and scale operations.
• Coach teams on Lean principles and continuous improvement.
