Job summary
Allied-Stone, Inc. is seeking a Senior Industrial Reliability Engineer to drive performance across cabinet operations using Industrial Engineering, Lean, and data analytics.
You will partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to reduce downtime, improve labor efficiency, and expand capacity with measurable improvements. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- 5-7 years Industrial Engineering experience in manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost.
- Conduct time studies, work measurement, and establish labor standards.
- Develop standard work, labor standards, and process documentation.
- Identify opportunities for improved labor efficiency through line balancing.
- Support ergonomic assessments and workplace safety improvements.
- Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives with measurable goals.
- Develop capacity models and analyze staffing, equipment, and flow.
- Create dashboards and reports for Operations and leadership.
