Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Service Technician to maintain and repair industrial refrigeration systems at customer sites. You will diagnose electrical and control systems, lead safety initiatives, and mentor junior technicians.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of experience, EPA certification, and a strong focus on safety and customer service. The role involves physical work, long shifts, and operating in varied environments across North America.

Formación

• Requires 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial refrigeration or service.
• High school diploma or GED; HVAC tech school preferred.
• Universal EPA certification or ability to obtain; RETA 1 & 2 preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert maintenance and repair for ammonia and Freon refrigeration systems (100 HP–5,000 HP).
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and service control and electrical systems at customer sites.
• Mentor apprentices and coordinate with Service Managers on repairs and preventive maintenance.
