Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is hiring a Senior Service Technician to maintain, repair, and support industrial refrigeration systems at customer sites. A working knowledge of commercial and industrial refrigeration and electrical controls is required.

This role emphasizes safety leadership, technical expertise, and superior customer service. The position entails 45-60 hours per week, on-site work, and a pay rate of $45-65 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant refrigeration experience.
• HVAC/R schooling or electrical schooling preferred.
• EPA Universal certification or ability to obtain.
• RETA 1 & 2 preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and be able to wear respirator.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work long shifts.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance and repair for industrial ammonia and Freon refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and service control systems, alarms, and electrical systems.
• Lead safety initiatives and mentor junior technicians.
• Coordinate repairs with service managers and customers.
• Support commissioning, startup, and ongoing system optimization.
