Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Service Technician to maintain, repair, and support industrial refrigeration systems at customer sites.

A strong working knowledge of commercial and industrial refrigeration and electrical controls is required, with leadership in safety and customer service expected. The role involves a Monday-Friday schedule (45–60 hours/week) with pay ranging from $45–$65 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; HVAC/R schooling preferred.
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in industrial refrigeration or related fields.
• EPA certification or ability to obtain EPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance, repair, and support for industrial refrigeration systems at customer sites.
• Lead safety initiatives and mentor junior technicians.
• Troubleshoot and repair control systems, alarms, and electrical systems.
• Perform routine and emergency service, diagnostics, and inspections.
• Communicate with Service Managers and customers to coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Support apprenticeship program and skills development.
