NORR Architects Engineers Planners is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead restaurant-focused architectural and engineering projects in our U.S. practice.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage scope, budget, and schedule, and serve as the primary client liaison to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding design excellence. Qualifications

• 10-15 years of project work experience.
• Experience on restaurant projects is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, develop, monitor, and control the scope of deliverables, work plans, schedules, and budgets for all project stages
• Develop a detailed work plan for all architectural and engineering disciplines, allocate hours to the work plan, and monitor project progress
• Lead an integrated team of architects and engineers in QA/QC for all deliverables, specifically construction drawings and specifications
• Maintain understanding of project scope and when changes occur, negotiate solutions to meet client expectations and contractual obligations
• Coordinate with contractor, sub-consultants, or relevant building authorities to address constructability or owner concerns
• Act as the primary liaison with the client, contractor, and project team and maintain close client relationships
