Korn Ferry represents a leading energy organization in West Ohio seeking a Senior Industrial Project Manager to oversee a large-scale manufacturing facility development. The role requires coordinating executives, engineers, utilities, investors and contractors to drive a phased construction and manufacturing launch.

The candidate will translate technical, operational, and financial information for diverse stakeholders, driving progress with executives and project teams on-site in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of project management experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Experience leading industrial facility construction or build-outs.
• Senior/lead PM capability with cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination of a large industrial facility build-out.
• Serve as primary liaison among executives, the parent organization, contractors, engineers, utilities, and investors.
• Coordinate activity across owner, contractor, and corporate teams.
• Manage planning, schedules, budgets, invoicing, approvals, and documentation.
• Review contractor estimates and invoices before executive approval.
• Coordinate infrastructure requirements (electrical, piping, utilities, services).
• Work with utilities and engineering partners and other external organizations.
• Support two-phase manufacturing launch aligning construction with production start.
• Identify risks and critical decisions requiring executive attention.
• Translate technical and financial information for diverse stakeholders.
• Maintain communication and accountability across multiple organizations.
