Job summary

McGraw Kokosing seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead mechanical and/or electrical teams on large-scale industrial projects in Ohio. You will drive preconstruction through final completion, ensuring safety, quality, and client relations while managing budgets, schedules, and vendor/subcontractor activities.

Responsibilities include CPM-based scheduling, on-site leadership, and liaison with owners. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or construction management.
• 10+ years of construction, design, finance, and management experience.
• PE credentialing is not required but is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical and/or electrical teams for large scale projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, and client relations across projects.
• Manage project budget, schedule, and controls; oversee vendor management and submittals.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and governmental agencies.
• Mentor and develop other team members.
