Job summary

McGough Construction CO, LLC in Minnesota seeks an Industrial Senior Project Manager to lead projects in the Agricultural Industrial market from inception through deployment, overseeing scope, schedule, and cost with emphasis on profitability and client satisfaction.

The Sr. PM will mentor staff, foster partnerships with owners, design teams, and subcontractors, champion the McGough way, and drive successful project delivery across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Industrial construction experience required.
• 5+ years in agricultural industrial construction preferred.
• Experience in unionized labor environment.
• Strong partnering with owners, designers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception through deployment with day-to-day management of resources, tasks and timelines.
• Manage project financials, including fee retention and cost control.
• Ensure client satisfaction and project profitability.
• Mentor and coach project management staff for advancement.
• Foster and build relationships with owners, design partners, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee scheduling, risk management and QA/QC processes.
