McGough Construction CO, LLC is seeking an Industrial Senior Project Manager for water and wastewater projects in the Roseville, MN area. This role leads large-scale industrial programs from inception through deployment, ensuring profitability, client satisfaction, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in the water/wastewater sector, experience in self-perform and union environments, and strong skills in CPM scheduling, leadership, and cost control.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Industrial experience in the water/wastewater sector.
• Experience in self-perform project environments and unionized labor settings.
• Strong partnerships with owners, design firms, and subcontractors.
• Risk assessment knowledge and cost-plus or lump-sum contracting awareness.
• Proven ability to deliver project gross and manage finances.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuits, preconstruction, and business development.
• Develop and update CPM schedules and manage critical path.
• Oversee project documentation, RFIs, shop drawings, and submittals.
• Manage subcontracting, change orders, and cost control.
• Provide monthly financial reporting and lead project meetings.
