Job summary

Fras-le North America in Prattville, AL, is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Tech V to ensure safe, reliable operation of our powertrain manufacturing facilities. You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance, mentor junior techs, and drive continuous improvement projects on complex hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC systems.

This on-site role requires strong diagnostic skills, CMMS proficiency, and collaboration with production, engineering, quality, and safety teams

Qualifications

Completed vocational maintenance training in electrics, mechanics, robotics or PLC.
Experience with industrial maintenance in manufacturing environments.
Ability to diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems.

Responsibilities

Maintain safe, reliable operation of industrial equipment and facilities.
Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, PLC, and automation systems.
Implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and availability.
Mentor less experienced technicians and support upgrades and projects.
Ensure CMMS is updated and maintenance records are accurate.
