Job summary

You will service hydraulic systems, support automation and robotics, perform bench and machining tasks, and collaborate with engineers and vendors. The role requires strong communication and physical stamina for 8–12 hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a technical maintenance role using mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work 8–12 hour shifts with physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, program, and repair PLC-driven equipment to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and repair facility infrastructure: structures, electrical, plumbing, and machine repair.
• Service and optimize hydraulic systems across equipment.
• Perform automation, robotics support, and preventive maintenance.
• Alter/repair tools, fixtures, gauges, and guarding through machining.
• Collaborate with engineers and vendors to resolve issues cost-effectively.
• Train team members and provide performance input to supervisor.
• Pitch in with other assigned duties.
