Job summary
Fras-le North America Inc. in Prattville, AL is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician V to assure safe, reliable operation of plant equipment and facilities.
You will lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, support production teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment availability. The role requires strong skills in hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, PLCs, VFDs, and CMMS, with the ability to mentor technicians and manage maintenance projects
Qualifications
- 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Completed Vocational Maintenance Technician training and an associated degree.
- Ability to read gauges/meters and operate forklifts.
Responsibilities
- Follow and maintain all EHS and safety standards.
- Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC systems.
- Design and oversee equipment upgrades and major repairs.
- Drive root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
