Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to lead preventive maintenance and mentor technical staff at the HPMP Facility. You will diagnose, repair, and optimize electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while following strict safety protocols.

Key duties include oil filtration, component inspection, and PM program execution, with opportunities for overtime. Third shift offers a starting pay of $29.05/hr plus a $1 shift premium, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience training technicians on safe operation of HPMP equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train technical employees in preventive maintenance to reduce machine downtime.
• Follow safety guidelines and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Perform routine oil filtration/removal and filter changes on HPMP equipment.
• Manage oil analysis and monitor equipment health.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Interpret blueprints and PLC ladder diagrams to troubleshoot CNC machines.
