Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 10 years of full-time experience in industrial machinery maintenance with strong troubleshooting skills (electrical, electronic, and mechanical).
• Proficient in PLCs, CNC, servo systems, and electrical/electronic controls.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment across the facility.
• Perform and assist with alignment and leveling of machinery for optimal performance.
• Communicate detailed updates on ongoing repairs to ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Collaborate with Facilities Engineers and external vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Provide technical support during installation or rearrangement of production equipment.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Participate in Lean initiatives and continuous improvement focused on safety and productivity.
• Fulfill other duties and support team-based operations.
